The key message that ‘safeguarding is everybody’s business’ is now moving from rhetoric to reality, with all of us who work with, and for, Children and Young People understanding and taking responsibility for their safety and welfare. Learning to stay safe is an integral part of all that we do. It is embedded in our ethos and is not only part of our formal curriculum but is also part of the extended and incidental curricula. Our PSHEC and Safeguarding framework is adapted from the Gloucestershire PinK PSHEC and Safeguarding Curriculum.
